The Sales Process Coordinator is responsible for managing, tracking, and improving sales-related processes and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and clients. This role supports the sales team by handling documentation, follow-ups, reporting, and ensuring timely execution of sales operations. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to order completion. Assist sales representatives with quotations, order entry, and client communication. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM tools). Follow up on sales inquiries and ensure timely responses. Prepare and manage sales reports, trackers, and performance dashboards. Liaise with other departments (production, logistics, accounts) to ensure order fulfillment. Monitor process efficiency and suggest improvements. Ensure documentation and compliance with company policies. Track sales targets and help the team achieve monthly goals. Required Skills:Excellent communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools Ability to multitask and work under pressure Attention to detail and organizational skills Basic understanding of sales techniques and order processing Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 1–3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role preferred Knowledge of ERP systems.
