Role Description

Full-time, on-site role in Anekal, Bangalore. Support sales team, manage customer inquiries and orders, prepare quotations, maintain CRM systems, coordinate deliveries, handle sales documentation, generate reports, and ensure smooth communication between teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination skills (Mandatory)
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction
• Understanding of sales processes and order management
• Multitasking ability in fast-paced environment
• Sales support or customer service experience (Preferred)
• Any Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc) or MBA
• Knowledge of B2B sales environments (Preferred)
