As a Sales Staff at Checkoro.com, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with selecting frames, showcasing various eyewear options, and providing guidance on lens choices. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. It will be your daily task to maintain the showroom, manage inventory efficiently, and collaborate with the team to achieve set sales targets. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills along with a strong ability to persuade and drive sales. Effective communication, active listening, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and understanding of eyewear products and lens types will be key in delivering a superior customer experience. While prior experience in retail is advantageous, it is not mandatory. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this full-time, on-site position located in Kharagpur, near Prem Bazar, IIT Kharagpur.
