Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karnal for a Sales - Sr. Manager/Manager Residential at Aarize Group. The role entails, identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales strategies to achieve targets. Responsibilities include client presentations, negotiations, contract management, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilies

Strong Sales skills and experience in Residential sectors.
• Manage end-to-end sales acvies for the residenal project
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales.
• Handle walk-in clients, site visits, and deal closures
• Develop and maintain strong relaonships with channel partners and brokers
• Coordinate with markeng team for lead generaon and site promoons
• Track sales pipeline, MIS, and reporng to senior management
• Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies
• Handle customer negoaons, documentaon, and booking processes
• Resolve customer queries.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of residenal real estate sales
• Excellent communicaon and negoaon skills
• Proven leadership and team management ability
• Ability to close high-value deals
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MIS reporng
• Local market knowledge of Karnal is preferred
