Job Description

We’re building a Parenting Schedule Visualizer that turns confusing custody schedules (2-2-3, alternating weeks, etc.) into a clear, color-coded 12-month calendar. Users choose a schedule type and instantly see parenting time visually.

Role summary

You will run Zoom demos, explain the product clearly to US customers, answer questions confidently, and drive signups/purchases. This is a camera-on, communication-heavy role—you must be professional and comfortable on video.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct product demos on Zoom (10–30 minutes)
  • Do short discovery: understand the customer’s situation and what schedule they use
  • Explain the product simply: problem → solution → how it works → next step
  • Handle common objections calmly (price, “I need to check with my lawyer”, tech comfort)
  • Follow up via email/messages and update notes in a simple tracker/CRM
  • Suggest improvements to the demo script and FAQs based on real calls

Must-have requirements (non-negotiable)

  • Excellent spoken English (easy for US customers to understand)
  • Professional, camera-ready presence (clear voice, confident delivery, good energy)
  • Strong IQ / problem-solving: can learn the product fast and think on their feet
  • Reliable setup: stable internet, quiet environment, good lighting/background

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS demos / inside sales / customer success / US process
  • Familiarity with Zoom, Calendly, basic CRMs, email follow-ups

Performance expectations (examples)

  • X demos/week
  • Demo-to-trial or demo-to-paid conversion targets
  • Fast follow-ups + clean notes
