Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist responsible for the South and North India regions. The role is based in Mumbai and involves managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include providing training to clients, engaging in sales management activities, and delivering excellent customer service. The Sales Specialist will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Customer service expertise and the ability to address client needs effectively
• Proven sales and training experience to drive revenue and support clients
• Skills in sales management to strategize, plan, and execute sales efforts
• Ability to work independently with a focus on achieving targets
• Knowledge of automation and control systems is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge in Instrumentation products is preffered
