Job Description

You will be joining our growing Human Capital Management company as a Sales Leader, where your primary responsibility will be to manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the leadership, assisting with negotiations and high-level client interactions. Your strategic sales plans will play a crucial role in meeting and exceeding targets, while building strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners. In this role, you will need to identify and pursue new opportunities, provide valuable market insights, and conduct competitor analysis to refine sales strategies. Travel will be required to meet clients, attend meetings, and represent the company. You should be prepared to work under pressure and consistently deliver results in a competitive environment. To qualify for this position, you must have 2-5 years of experience in Human Capital Management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Being self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable to challenging situations is key, as well as a willingness to travel frequently for business purposes. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
