As an employee at the German MNC in Medical Devices specializing in Ophthalmology and surgical devices located in Kozhikode, Kerala, you will have the following responsibilities: - Engage with customers such as Surgeons, Bio-Med professionals, Hospital Owners, Finance, Purchase Committees, etc. - Ensure adherence to budget targets assigned for the region/territory. - Execute the Business Strategy from inception to completion. - Drive true business growth through various growth initiatives. - Increase productivity and market contribution in the assigned territory. - Maintain compliance with day-to-day operational activities. - Develop a thorough understanding of OPT customers and their requirements. - Offer support and alignment with Regional OPT Sales to meet market and regional objectives.
