Sales Specialist Ophthalmology

As a part of an exciting opportunity with a German MNC in Medical Devices, Ophthalmology, and surgical devices in Kozhikode, Kerala, your role will involve the following main tasks: - Engage with customers such as Surgeons, Bio Med professionals, Owners of Hospitals, Finance and Purchase Committees, etc. - Ensure adherence to the budget for the targets assigned to your region/territory. - Take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery and execution of the Business Strategy. - Drive true business growth through various growth initiatives. - Aim for increased Productivity & Market contribution in the assigned territory. - Ensure compliance with day-to-day operational activities. - Develop a deep understanding of OPT (Ophthalmic) customers and their specific needs. - Provide support and alignment with Regional OPT Sales to achieve market and regional goals.
