As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success. The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer has an opportunity to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. Position: Sales Executive Experience: 1 to 6 years Qualification: BE/B. Tech Mech Job Location: Bangalore Duties & Responsibilities: Selling Application Software Products Sales for Autodesk Mechanical range of Solutions including PDMC, Moldflow, Alias, Nastran, CFD. Generate new accounts, obtain new orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules. Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential business opportunities. Complete quotes in a timely fashion; Complete quotes accurately Represent Neilsoft in a positive & professional way. Maintain accurate contact records. Regularly follow up on quotes and sales leads Utilize support staff to improve own effectiveness. Make good value judgment. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analysis. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Should have Excellent written and oral communication skills including usage of MS office tools. Desired Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or civil with inclination towards Sales. MBA is Sales/Marketing is preferred. Proven experience in sales, preferably within Engineering Design Software / Solutions. Strong understanding of Manufacturing and project management processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong Business Acumen and Attention to detail Should have Excellent written and oral communication skills with active listening. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Familiarity with the latest tools and automation technologies (LinkedIn, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.) will be an added advantage. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
