Thats why were seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who could benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success. The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer has an opportunity to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Selling Application Software Products
• Sales for Autodesk Mechanical range of Solutions including PDMC, Moldflow, Alias, Nastran, CFD.
• Generate new accounts, obtain new orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules.
• Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential business opportunities.
• Complete quotes in a timely fashion; Complete quotes accurately
• Represent Neilsoft in a positive & professional way.
• Maintain accurate contact records.
• Regularly follow up on quotes and sales leads
• Utilize support staff to improve own effectiveness.
• Make good value judgment.
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analysis.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Should have Excellent written and oral communication skills including usage of MS office tools.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or civil with inclination towards Sales. MBA is Sales/Marketing is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within Engineering Design Software / Solutions.
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing and project management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Business Acumen and Attention to detail
• Should have Excellent written and oral communication skills with active listening.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Familiarity with the latest tools and automation technologies (LinkedIn, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.) will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
