Our production and operations are based in the Mohkampur Industrial Complex, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Sales Specialist, located in Meerut. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, managing customer relationships, driving sales and revenue growth, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, cold-calling, follow-up communications, and sales training. The Sales Specialist will also be involved in sales management activities to ensure targets are met and performance is optimized. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales experience and ability to drive sales Experience in Training and Sales Management Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Prior experience in FMCG sales, ideally with food or snack industry Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
