Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist - International Freight Forwarding, located in Thane. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating leads, and converting them into successful business deals. Day-to-day tasks include handling export/import freight enquiries, overseeing execution of shipments, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves coordinating with various carriers to ensure timely and efficient transport solutions. Qualifications Experience in Forwarding, Freight Forwarding, and Freight Transportation Proficiency in managing Export/Import operations Strong Customer Service skills Effective communication and negotiation skills Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate multiple stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus Show more Show less
