Sales Specialist- Freight Forwarding

As a Sales Executive at Sash Global Logistics Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and converting potential clients for international freight forwarding services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing a strong pipeline of prospective customers through various channels such as cold calls, field visits, referrals, and networking. - Understanding client requirements and proposing tailored logistics solutions to meet their needs effectively. - Preparing and delivering quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. - Coordinating with internal operations and pricing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of shipments. - Meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Maintaining strong post-sales relationships to foster repeat business and referrals. - Staying updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to remain competitive. - Representing the company in client meetings, industry events, and trade shows as required. - Maintaining accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions using CRM tools. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years preferred. - Strong knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, and shipping documentation. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivation, passion for sales, and a results-driven approach. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously. - Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle sales responsibilities.,
