Job Description

You will be responsible for the development of Low Voltage Switchgear business from OEMs and System Integrators in the assigned geographical area. This includes converting identified competitor accounts to Siemens and supporting Sales in promoting/developing CP business in the assigned customer segment/area. Your role will involve identifying new opportunities/customers and collaborating closely with regional sales to provide support in developing the Customer base. Additionally, you will be required to plan and execute promotional activities for Key OEMs, focusing on products such as Intelligent Starters, Safety Systems, etc. Furthermore, you will provide technical-commercial support to Customers & Sales Colleagues to optimize the BoQ/offerings. Knowledge sharing sessions for colleagues, creating application notes, and publishing technical articles in journals will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Experience in business development within the Low Voltage Switchgear industry - Strong understanding of the OEM and System Integrator market - Proven track record in identifying new business opportunities and converting competitor accounts - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with regional sales teams - Technical knowledge of products such as Intelligent Starters, Safety Systems, etc. Company Details: Siemens, with over 379,000 employees worldwide and operations in over 200 countries, is dedicated to equality and encourages diversity in its workforce.
