Sales Specialist - Bushing

As a Sales Specialist- Bushing for Hitachi Energy's Transformers Business in Halol, India, you will be an integral part of a team that leverages innovative technology to deliver social, environmental, and economic value through energy transformation. Your role will involve maintaining and expanding relationships with transformer factories, SCM, proposals, and design engineers. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, pipeline management, relationship management, and strategic account planning for all 3rd party transformer factory accounts. Your key responsibilities will include promoting Hitachi Components within transformer design, representing and promoting transformer insulation & components, attending trade shows, and entering relevant sales data into databases. You will collaborate with SCMs, Engineers, Proposal Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful sales outcomes. Additionally, you will monitor competitors" activities, provide guidance to transformer design and proposal engineers, and act as a focal point for problem resolution. To excel in this role, you must have a Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering, with Sales & Marketing Certification being an added advantage. You should have 5-10 years of experience in the transformer industry, specifically in sales & marketing of transformer components products portfolio. Proficiency in negotiation, ERP systems like SAP, technical review, and strong analytical skills are essential.
