Sales - South

You will be responsible for Quarterly & Annual targets of the South region for product sales. As an Individual Contributor, you will also focus on team performance and lead the South sales team to drive the business objectives. Your role will involve planning for establishing new business in existing accounts and new territories within the South region. Key Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with key stakeholders of Principle organizations like Dassault, Stratasys, Hexagon, etc. - Coordinate with internal teams such as Inside sales, Tech support, Marketing, etc. to ensure seamless coordination for South region activities. - Manage the End to End Sales cycle (Order to Cash) for the South Region with accurate forecasting. - Establish strong CXO level customer relationships, especially in key accounts. Qualifications Required: - Self-motivated and targets driven. - Market & Customer understanding of CAD/CAE/PLM/MES solutions is essential. Territory and industry knowledge of South India is mandatory. - Proven work experience in managing a sales team. - The ability to influence and negotiate with others. - Familiarity with CRM systems. - Ensure qualification & forecasting of opportunities with excellent negotiation & closing skills. - Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership qualities.,
