We are looking for a passionate Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our team in Hisar ! In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling customer queries, converting leads into clients, and maintaining long-term client relationships. You will also assist with basic digital marketing to engage potential clients. If you're a go-getter with a knack for sales and customer service, we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities: Handle and respond to customer queries on WhatsApp and phone calls. Convert leads into clients by understanding their needs and offering solutions. Maintain and manage client data , ensuring all details are up to date. Follow up on clients about package renewals and additional services. Assist with basic digital marketing tasks to support sales and engagement efforts. Build and nurture client relationships to ensure repeat business. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in sales , customer service , or digital marketing . Strong verbal and written communication skills . Proficient in WhatsApp for business and client communication . Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus. Goal-oriented and self-motivated to convert leads into sales .
