Sales & Service Engineer- West India for Pumps & Mixers

You will be joining Fluid Process Solutions (FPS), a Delhi-based company specializing in innovative fluid processing solutions. FPS offers cutting-edge mixing equipment for the liquid and semi-solid processing industry, including Industrial Agitators, High-Speed Dispersers, High-Shear Homogenizers, Mixing Vessels, Storage Tanks and Kettles, and GRC/GFRC Mixers. With a global presence, FPS caters to various industries with a focus on efficiency and productivity. As the Head of Sales and Marketing - West India at FPS, your responsibilities will include managing customer accounts, generating leads, conducting sales training, performing market analysis, and devising marketing strategies. This position requires regular interaction with potential clients and team members. The role is based in Mumbai with a hybrid work setup. Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer accounts effectively - Generate leads and convert them into sales - Conduct sales training programs for the team - Perform market analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies Qualifications: - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficiency in sales and sales management - Experience in conducting training and development programs - Strong analytical and market research skills - Background in the Process Equipment Industry - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - 2-3 years of experience in a Sales and Marketing role - Experience in International Sales and Marketing is a plus - Knowledge of industries like Food, Pharma, Chemical, Agro-Chemical, Paints & Coatings If you are looking to join a dynamic team at FPS and contribute to the growth of the company, this role offers a competitive salary of up to 6 LPA (fixed).
