Sales & Marketing Engineer- West India for Pumps & Mixers

Fluid Process Solutions (FPS) is a Delhi-based company specializing in providing innovative fluid processing solutions with a focus on maximizing efficiency and production capacities. We offer cutting-edge mixing equipment tailored for the liquid and semi-solid processing industry, including Industrial Agitators, High-Speed Dispersers, High-Shear Homogenizers, Mixing Vessels, Storage Tanks and Kettles, and GRC/GFRC Mixers. Our clientele spans various industries, and we have a global presence engaging with multiple sectors. As the Head of Sales and Marketing - West India at FPS, you will be responsible for a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai (Hybrid). Your key duties will involve managing customer accounts, lead generation, conducting sales training, market analysis, and formulating effective marketing strategies. This position necessitates regular interaction with team members and potential clients. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, a strong aptitude for sales and sales management, experience in organizing Training and Development programs, proficient analytical abilities, and expertise in market research. Previous work experience in the Process Equipment Industry is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Sales and Marketing role. Familiarity with International Sales and Marketing practices would be advantageous, along with knowledge of industries such as Food, Pharma, Chemical, Agro-Chemical, Paints & Coatings.
