Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales & Service Engineer located in JHARKHAND and West Bengal . The Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, maintenance and repair of our products. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service, conducting on-site inspections, resolving technical issues, and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

Troubleshooting and Field Service skills
Technical Support and Maintenance & Repair skills
Strong Communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in a Electrical , Mechanical or equivalent experience
Experience in Steel and Power Plants.
