Position Overview: We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Service cum Sales Technicians to join our team. This role combines technical servicing, product demonstration, and field sales and support, making it ideal for individuals passionate about technology and agriculture. Key Responsibilities: Technical Service: • Perform servicing, diagnostics, and repairs of equipment at Service Centers and customer locations. • Operate and maintain tools such as chainsaws, hedge trimmers, brush cutters, sprayers, pressure washers, vacuum cleaners, lawn mowers, leaf blowers, etc. • Ensure post-service testing and quality checks. • Assist customers with installation and basic equipment training. Sales Support & Customer Interaction: • Demonstrate products at Experience Centers and during field visits. • Educate farmers or end users on correct equipment use and maintenance. • Support customers in choosing the right tools based on their requirements. • Maintain inventory of spare parts and service records. Training & Reporting: • Participate in training sessions for new tools and technologies (training provided). • Submit reports on service issues, customer feedback, and field observations. • Collaborate with sales and support for smooth customer service delivery. Requirements: Education & Experience: • ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Agri Engineering or related fields preferred. • Freshers and interns welcome; on-the-job training will be provided. • Prior experience in equipment servicing or agri-tool sales is a plus. Skills: • Basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to travel locally for field service or demos. • Customer-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for agriculture and technology.
