Sales & Service Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team. The Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing our products and systems at customer sites. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure equipment or systems at client locations.

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and calibration to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.

Train customers on proper operation and maintenance of equipment.

Prepare service reports.

Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements.

Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.

Follow company safety protocols and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field).

Proven experience as a Service Engineer, Field Service Technician, or similar role.(Not Necessary As well as we Train)

Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites (locally and regionally).

Valid driver’s license
