Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between

    Sales, Service Team, and Customers

    for Motan products.
  • Handle

    customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing

    in coordination with the Sales team.
  • Coordinate with the Service team for

    installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown support

    .
  • Maintain accurate records of customer orders, service requests, and follow-ups in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Support the Sales team with

    documentation, proposals, and tender submissions

    .
  • Track and update service schedules, warranty claims, and spare parts orders.
  • Generate regular reports for Sales and Service performance metrics.
  • Ensure

    timely communication and coordination

    between internal teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Assist in planning and execution of

    customer visits, product demos, exhibitions, and training programs
