Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between
Sales, Service Team, and Customers
for Motan products.
Handle
customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing
in coordination with the Sales team.
Coordinate with the Service team for
installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown support
.
Maintain accurate records of customer orders, service requests, and follow-ups in CRM/ERP systems.
Support the Sales team with
documentation, proposals, and tender submissions
.
Track and update service schedules, warranty claims, and spare parts orders.
Generate regular reports for Sales and Service performance metrics.
Ensure
timely communication and coordination
between internal teams, vendors, and customers.
Assist in planning and execution of
customer visits, product demos, exhibitions, and training programs
.
