We, M/s. Siva Medical Services (SMS), are a rapidly growing medical distribution company specializing in the healthcare industry. Based in Trivandrum, we partner with leading principal companies such as Mindray, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Mindray Animalcare, and Tosoh. Our mission is to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales & Service Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with the sales team and clients through clear, timely, and professional communication.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance, service, etc.) to ensure smooth and seamless customer experiences.
  • Sales Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain an organized filing system for sales records; prepare and update MIS reports as required.
  • Order Processing: Receive, verify, and process customer orders accurately and within deadlines, ensuring full compliance with company procedures.
  • Tender Support: Assist with tender submissions and maintain familiarity with tendering processes for both private and government sectors (added value).
  • Quotation Preparation: Support the sales team by preparing precise and competitive quotations based on customer requirements and pricing guidelines.
  • Inventory Coordination: Monitor and manage product inventory in accordance with company policies and stock control norms; highlight shortages proactively.
  • Customer Support: Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • After-Sales Service: Coordinate after-sales support activities and maintain long-term, positive relationships with clients.
  • Documentation & Portal Updates: Update all service-related paperwork and records on the company portal, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Expected Requirements

  • Qualification:
  • Any degree (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:
  • 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.
