Service Engineer - Healthcare

We M/s. Siva Medical Services is a fast-growing medical distribution company based in Trivandrum. We are on the lookout for a suitable candidate for the position of "Sales and Service Engineer". Our channel partners are Mindray, Mindary Animalcare, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics e.t.c.

Requirements

• Diploma or Graduation- Biomedical Engineering / Diploma in Biomedical Engineering
• 0-2 years of experience in IVD industry.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Install and maintain instruments and systems in a laboratory environment.
• Provide effective product and customer support.
• Promptly attending breakdown for instruments.
• Giving Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) to customers at stipulated time.
• Generation of service revenue by promoting Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for instruments.
• Provide support in generating new customer leads.
• Need based travel outside the territory in cases of emergency.
• Documentation and web reporting to be done in timely manner.
• Participate in instrument demonstrations and help sales colleagues for demonstration of medical instruments.
• Any other as per guidance of the Department.
