Job Description

Customer Communication: Receive incoming calls or messages from customers, understand their concerns or issues with products/services, and record accurate details. • Issue Logging & Tracking: Document all customer problems in the tracking system or logs, ensuring completeness and clarity for internal teams. • Team Coordination: Communicate issues to the relevant sales and service executives, clarify customer requirements, and ensure understanding of next steps. • Follow-Up: Check on the progress of each assigned issue, confirm completion, and update customers when necessary. • Reporting: Maintain a daily/weekly summary of customer issues, actions taken, and resolutions for review by management.
