Biitcode is urgently hiring a Sales & Service Coordinator – Marine-OBM for our reputed client in the engine, marine, and industrial equipment industry, based in Gujarat.

Position: Sales & Service Coordinator

Location: Porbandhar/ Veraval/ Rajkot

Requisites:

·

· Graduate/ Diploma (any discipline).

· Min 3 years of experience in industries such as engines, motors, boats, fishing-related products, industrial goods, or automobile/tractor/construction equipment spare parts dealerships

· A technical qualification is preferred to support product understanding and effective customer engagement in marine engine applications.

· Proficiency in regional languages such as Gujarati, Hindi, and English is preferred.

Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound inquiries through platforms like IndiaMART and convert leads into sales.

· Conduct field visits to mechanics, boat builders, and potential clients for product demos and sales closures.

· Promote and sell OBM, LTOB, and related spares to end users and dealers.

· Coordinate mechanic and service support visits as per customer requirements.

· Ensure proper documentation, billing, and customer follow-ups.

· Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and service history.

· Generate revenue through direct sales and develop repeat business channels.
