Sales RTM Manager

As an RTM (Route-to-Market) Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and optimizing our sales distribution strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and refine our company's RTM model to ensure efficient product delivery, enhanced customer reach, and improved sales performance. This position demands strong strategic thinking, collaboration across various functions, and a profound understanding of channel dynamics, distributor management, and sales operations. You will be tasked with designing, implementing, and managing effective RTM strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth. Your expertise will be utilized to analyze market trends and customer insights, enabling you to identify distribution gaps and opportunities. Collaboration with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams will be essential to align RTM models with overall business objectives. Additionally, you will evaluate and optimize channel partners such as distributors and retailers, ensuring that performance KPIs are consistently met. Leading RTM transformation projects, including digitization, territory planning, and sales force optimization, will also be within your scope of responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in Beverages & FMCG is required. A strong understanding of computer hardware and software is essential, along with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a field-based sales role. You must possess a personal vehicle for traveling to client sites, be open to travel as necessary, and demonstrate flexibility regarding working hours. Strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a positive attitude are characteristics that will contribute to your success in this position.
