Key Responsibilities:Identify and target new sales opportunities through research and networking.Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and clients.Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers.Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure long-term satisfaction.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and sales growth.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Requirements:Proven track record in sales, preferably in Real Estate.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
