Job Opening – Sales Executive (Fresher / 0–2 Years Experience) Location: Thane West (Near Teen Hath Naka) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Weekends Off) Work Type: Work From Office (Compulsory) Age : 20 - 35 About Us We are a dynamic organization offering Export-Import courses (both online and offline) to aspiring entrepreneurs and professionals. We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive who is eager to grow, communicate effectively, and contribute to our sales efforts. Key Responsibilities ✅ Handling calling sales and converting hot leads ✅ Communicating effectively with potential customers in Marathi, English, and Hindi ✅ Demonstrating strong sales skills and influencing potential customers ✅ Maintaining and updating data using Google Sheets or Excel ✅ Adapting quickly to new processes and learning sales strategies ✅ Collaborating with the team to meet targets and achieve business goals What We Are Looking For ✔ Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in sales ✔ Passionate about learning and becoming a pro in sales ✔ Excellent communication skills in Marathi, English, and Hindi ✔ Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ✔ Good knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel ✔ A self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt quickly ✔ Must be ready to work from the office in Thane West What We Offer ✔ A supportive environment to learn and grow ✔ Hands-on experience in sales and marketing ✔ Opportunity to work with a vibrant team ✔ Performance-based growth opportunities
