Sales Representative

Job Title: Sales Executive – Garment Industry (Field Work)

Location: Tamil Nadu (Field work, travel within the state required)

The Pajama Factory is a leading clothing manufacturer specializing in high-quality loungewear and garments. We serve retailers, wholesalers, and fashion brands across India. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team and strengthen our client relationships in Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits across Tamil Nadu to meet clients regularly.
• Manage regular order refills, collections, and client servicing.
• Present new garment samples to existing and potential customers.
• Expand the customer base by generating new leads and building strong relationships.
• Understand market trends and customer needs to recommend products.
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular reporting to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in any discipline.
• Preferred: Background in garment, apparel, or textile sales & marketing.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing (garment or related industry preferred).
• Proficiency in Tamil, Hindi, and English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field work across Tamil Nadu.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and product types.
• Prior experience in B2B garment sales will be an added advantage.
