Sales Representative

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our herbal and agricultural products. The role involves regular field visits, developing distributor and dealer networks, and achieving sales targets in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit farmers, retailers, distributors, and wholesalers in assigned territories
• Promote herbal and agricultural products and explain product benefits
• Generate new leads and expand market reach
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collect market feedback and competitor information
• Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups
• Conduct product demonstrations and field trials (if required)
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales (FMCG / Agro / Herbal products preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of agricultural practices and herbal products is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / mobile sales apps

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in selling agricultural inputs, herbal medicines, or organic products
• Local area knowledge and existing dealer/farmer network
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
