Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our sales team at Shrika Industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, driving sales, and ensuring timely and efficient distribution of our cold drink and water bottle products. Key Responsibilities: Actively promote and sell Shrika Industries' cold drink and bottled water products in the assigned territory. Identify new business opportunities and onboard retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. Manage and grow existing customer accounts. Take daily orders and coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery. Ensure proper stock rotation and product visibility at retail points. Monitor competitors and market trends to suggest improvements. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Handle basic collection and payment follow-ups. Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports to management. Provide feedback on customer needs, product performance, and suggestions for improvement. Requirements: Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing is an advantage. 1+ years of experience in FMCG/Beverage sales preferred (cold drink or water bottle sales experience is a plus). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Knowledge of local market and distribution network. Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred. Basic understanding of billing and invoicing.
