Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executives to join our team in Guwahati. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in the financial services sector. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work towards achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell financial products and services (equity, mutual funds, insurance, etc.) to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Understand client needs and provide customized financial solutions.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Stay updated on financial products, industry trends, and company offerings.
• Support senior team members in client servicing and business development activities.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (freshers are welcome).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in sales, financial markets, and customer relationship management.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
