Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the
complete sales cycle
from inquiry and quotation to order booking and dispatch
Handle customer inquiries, send quotations, follow up on proposals, and convert leads to orders
Work closely with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Maintain accurate records of sales orders, delivery schedules, and customer communications
Support field sales teams with pricing, documentation, and technical inputs
Assist in negotiating and closing sales deals with B2B clients
Track and update CRM/ERP systems with sales data, forecasts, and reports
Follow up on payments, pending orders, and post-sales service requirements
Generate sales MIS reports for management review

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience in working with industrial clients
Good understanding of order processing, logistics, and basic technical knowledge of products
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word,
Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of transactions
Team player with a customer-oriented approach

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience in
industrial products, components, machinery, or manufacturing sectors
Experience handling distributors, dealers, or direct clients in B2B sales
