Sales Representative (Real Estate)

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager / Executive to drive flat sales for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience in the real estate sector, a deep understanding of the local market in Bihar, and exposure to real estate trends in Noida and Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential flats to potential customers.
• Identify and develop new sales leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Understand customer requirements, present suitable project options, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and site visits.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and other deal details within company guidelines.
• Keep track of local and NCR market trends to provide valuable insights for pricing and marketing strategies.
• Prepare regular sales reports and meet assigned targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2–5 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in flat sales.
• Strong knowledge of the Bihar real estate market and working exposure to Noida/Delhi projects.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Hindi and basic English; knowledge of local dialects is a plus.
• Willingness to travel between Bihar and NCR as required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
