Job Profile: Sales Executive Ayurveda Hospital
1. Patient Lead Generation & Conversion
Identify and approach potential patients for Ayurveda treatments, wellness packages, and therapies.
Handle walk-ins, referrals, and digital leads (from website, social media, etc.).
Conduct follow-ups via calls, messages, or visits to ensure conversions.
2. Promoting Hospital Services
Clearly explain treatments, doctor expertise, therapy benefits, and unique offerings.
Promote seasonal packages (e.g., detox, immunity boost, Panchakarma), consultations, and wellness programs.
Upsell add-on services like diet consultations, yoga sessions, herbal products, etc.
3. Coordination with Doctors & Front Office
Schedule consultations and therapy sessions efficiently.
Ensure smooth communication between patients, doctors, and support staff.
Help patients understand the treatment plan and maintain satisfaction.
4. Outreach & Networking
Visit nearby societies, clinics, wellness centers, and corporate offices for outreach.
Organize and participate in medical camps, health talks, and awareness events.
Build strong relationships with referring doctors and partners.
5. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain records of inquiries, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
Share daily/weekly reports with branch managers or senior management.
Track sales performance against targets.
6. Cross-Selling Ayurvedic Products
Introduce patients to the hospitals own line of herbal or ayurvedic medicines and products. Promote packages that include products + therapy.
7. Customer Service & Feedback
Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
Collect feedback and work with the team to resolve issues quickly.
8. Market Intelligence
Keep an eye on competitor offerings, local pricing, and patient preferences.
Share insights to improve service offerings or pricing strategies.
Required Skills
Strong communication (Hindi, English, regional language)
Basic knowledge of Ayurveda concepts (training can be provided)
Persuasive, customer-oriented attitude
Time management & reporting discipline
