Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualification

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in any stream
• Candidates with basic understanding of digital financial services will be preferred

2. Experience

1–3 years of experience in:

• Field sales
• Retail financial services (especially DMT, AePS, INMT, BBPS)
• Agent onboarding in fintech or banking sector
• Freshers with good communication skills and local market understanding may also apply.

3. Skills Required

• Working knowledge of DMT, AePS, BBPS, and other digital platforms
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skills
• Ability to explain and train retailers/agents on financial service platforms
• Fluency in the local language is mandatory; English and Hindi are an added advantage
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with smartphone applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new retailers (kirana shops, CSCs, recharge outlets, etc.) for financial services
• Promote usage of INMT, DMT, AePS, BBPS, and other supported digital platforms
• Educate and train retailers/agents on how to use the platforms effectively
• Cross-sell insurance products and third-party financial offerings
• Provide timely after-sales service and resolve agent issues to ensure continued activity
• Submit regular field updates and reporting to the Area Sales Manager
• Achieve monthly targets for agent onboarding, activation, and transaction volume.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
