Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with textile buyers, garment manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, and export clients Promote and sell our range of textile products (fabrics, yarns, finished garments, home textiles, etc.) Understand customer requirements regarding fabric quality, GSM, colors, patterns, and production timelines Present samples, negotiate pricing, and provide accurate product information Collaborate with production and design teams to meet customer specifications Track orders from inquiry to delivery and ensure customer satisfaction Identify new business opportunities through market research and industry networking Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent the company Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records Stay updated on textile trends, competitor products, and market pricing Qualifications Experience in the textile or apparel industry (preferred) Strong understanding of fabric types, weaving/knitting processes, dyeing, printing, and finishing Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to build long-term B2B relationships Self-motivated and target-driven Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in textiles, marketing, or business is an advantage Key Competencies Product knowledge and technical understanding of textiles Strong customer service orientation Market awareness and analytical skills Problem-solving and adaptability Professional, confident, and results-driven What We Offer Competitive salary and commission structure Opportunities to grow within the textile industry Supportive leadership and training Travel allowances (if applicable) A dynamic work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
