SALES REPRESENTATIVE- MEHSANA

Job Description: As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to serve customers by selling products and meeting their needs. You will be visiting retail outlets on a daily basis as per the beat plan and collecting orders from retailers in the allocated region. Your role will also involve supporting traditional Trade Sales for the company across various categories and markets to drive increased sales and distribution. In this role, you will execute daily operations at the distributor level to service outlets and direct dealers efficiently. It will be crucial to ensure that orders are placed and executed by distributors on time, as well as to highlight stock requirements to distributors and Area Managers promptly to ensure product availability in the geography. Monitoring competitor activity in the market, such as new products and trade schemes, and reporting these observations to the Area Manager will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will participate in promotional activities of the company and implement new retailer expansion plans as per guidelines. Maintaining excellent relationships with retailers, distributors, and stockists is essential for success in this role. Your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders will contribute to the company's overall sales and distribution objectives.,
