Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative at Medlora, a leading provider of premium medical handcare products, your role will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities in the healthcare and medical supplies sector. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors, as well as with key decision-makers and procurement managers. Understanding customer requirements and offering tailored product solutions from Medlora's range of gloves and handcare products will be essential. Additionally, you will conduct product presentations, provide training to clients when necessary, collaborate with the marketing and operations teams, and prepare regular sales reports and market feedback. Monitoring competitor activity and providing market intelligence to management will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in medical or healthcare products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities. A willingness to travel locally and regionally as required is also necessary.
