Job Description:

Vignesh Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for marketing our range of tiles and related building materials in the Kochi region. The ideal candidate should have strong local market knowledge and a passion for field sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company’s range of tiles to dealers, contractors, builders, and architects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Identify potential markets and generate new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and customer needs.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for order follow-ups and delivery.
• Submit daily sales reports and customer feedback to the management.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (preferably Civil, Architecture, or Marketing background).
• Experience: 1–4 years in tiles, ceramics, or building materials sales preferred.
• Languages: Proficiency in Malayalam and English (Hindi/Tamil added advantage).
• Other Requirements:
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Salary:

Attractive salary with incentives based on performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,602.10 - ₹25,000.00 per month
