Ensure timely execution of production as per project requirements and client specifications. Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for smooth workflow. Maintain production schedules, workforce planning, and daily progress reporting. Implement safety, quality, and process standards at the production facility. Guide and train technicians/workmen to achieve efficiency and productivity. Requirements: BE (Mechanical / Civil) with relevant experience in prefabrication / structural building industry. Good knowledge of prefabricated structures, materials, and production processes. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
