Job Title: Production Supervisor – Prefabrication Division

Location: Ezhichur, Oragadam, Kanchipuram District

Qualification: BE – Mechanical / Civil

Job Description:
We are looking for a Production Supervisor for our Prefabrication Division. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in structural building works and hands-on experience in prefabricated structures.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor production activities in the prefabrication unit.
• Manage fabrication, assembly, and quality control of site offices, labour camps, farmhouses, container offices, and other prefab structures.
• Ensure timely execution of production as per project requirements and client specifications.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for smooth workflow.
• Maintain production schedules, workforce planning, and daily progress reporting.
• Implement safety, quality, and process standards at the production facility.
• Guide and train technicians/workmen to achieve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

• BE (Mechanical / Civil) with relevant experience in prefabrication / structural building industry.
• Good knowledge of prefabricated structures, materials, and production processes.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and ensure on-time delivery.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
