About Us:

We are an MSME manufacturer and exporter of construction chemicals, floor hardeners, iron powders & decorative products. To expand our presence in Mumbai, we are looking for fresh, energetic graduates who want to learn sales, gain experience, and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers such as contractors, builders, industries, dealers, and distributors.
• Promote and explain our products (construction chemicals, floor hardeners, and industrial powders).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned sales targets with support and guidance from management.
• Collect and share customer/market feedback.
• Maintain simple sales visit records and submit reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate (any stream).
• Freshers only – no prior experience required.
• Good communication skills in Hindi/English/Marathi.
• Interested in fieldwork and building a sales career.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp/email for communication.
• Male/Female both can apply.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary (For Freshers): ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month.
