Company Overview:

Role: Sales Representative (Dairy Equipment)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with leads generated by our marketing team and handle direct enquiries from potential customers.
  • Understand customer requirements, propose suitable equipment/solutions, and prepare tailored offers.
  • Conduct product presentations and meetings (virtual and in-person) with clients.
  • Travel to customer locations, trade shows, and industry events to build relationships and close deals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead follow-up, prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, technical, and marketing) to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports, and contribute to achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree preferred (any streamtechnical/commerce/management). An MBA/engineering background is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience; freshers with high enthusiasm and excellent communication skills are also welcome.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and passionate about sales.
  • Fluency in English (additional regional or international languages is a plus).
