Role & responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Qualification:

    Identifying and contacting potential customers through various methods like cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Relationship Building:

    Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge:

    Having a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively present them to customers.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

    Delivering persuasive sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet sales targets.
  • Customer Service:

    Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:

    Tracking sales activity, managing customer data in CRM systems, and reporting on sales performance.
  • Staying Informed :

    Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers.
  • Interpersonal Skills:

    Building rapport with customers and establishing strong relationships is crucial for sales success.
