Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to manage instore

sales operations and contribute to revenue growth. The role is primarily retail-based (60–

70%) with limited field activity (20–30%) for market visits, lead follow-ups, and relationship

building.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Sales (60–70%)

 Handle walk-in customers and understand their requirements

 Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly

 Convert enquiries into successful sales

 Maintain product displays and ensure store hygiene

 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

 Handle billing, order processing, and basic documentation

 Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support

Field Sales (20–30%) – Once or Twice a Week

 Visit nearby markets, dealers, or potential customers as required

 Generate new leads and follow up on existing prospects

 Conduct product demonstrations when needed

 Build and maintain strong customer relationships

 Share market feedback and competitor insights with management

Required Skills & Qualifications

 1–4 years of experience in retail sales (preferred)

 Strong communication and negotiation skills

 Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving ability

 Basic knowledge of billing software and MS Excel

 Willingness to do limited field work

 Target-driven and self-motivated

Preferred Candidate Profile

 Local candidate from Mohali or nearby areas

 Experience in showroom / store / counter sales

 Ability to work on weekends and rotational shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
