We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and assisting with customer service or sales-related tasks. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are a must.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Answer incoming calls and resolve queries in a professional manner.
Maintain call logs and update customer information accurately in the database.
Follow up on leads and conversions through calls or emails.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and closures.
Provide feedback on customer trends and market conditions.
Collaborate with the sales or support team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service/sales role (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / Local language].
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
