Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 Gross (Depending on Experience & Interview)

Job Description:

We are hiring experienced and motivated Sales Representatives for our Labels Printing Company in Dunlop, Hooghly. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales with preference given to those with printing industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into clients in the label printing sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Keep records of sales activities and prepare reports

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Graduate in any stream (Mandatory)
• Preferred: Diploma in Printing Technology (will be considered a strong advantage)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales (preferably in printing, packaging, or labeling industry)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and local market knowledge
• Willing to travel as per business needs
